When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically stores technical access data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser and system information) in server log files. Processing serves system security and error analysis; the data is not combined with other data.

4. Contact form and email contact

The contact form on this website prepares an email in your own email programme; no form data is stored on our servers. When you contact us by email, we process the information you provide (name, email address, company, message and any technical documents such as drawings) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR; data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Newsletter registration is handled by email to desk@bentenkamp.com. We store your email address for sending the newsletter on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time via the same channel; the data will then be deleted.
